All of the dinnerware stoneware are food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe- although hand wash is recommended.

SHIPPING

For items in stock, orders are packed and sent in 3-5 business days.

Made to Order items will be ship in 3-4 weeks unless notify by Ash design. Making ceramics takes time as there is various steps in the fabrication process : it starts with working with the raw clay, then the pieces are dried completely, then they through their first firing, and after being sanded and glazed, the finally go trough their second firing to reach maturity.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out depending  on the weight and destination. Shipping times vary on the destination. 

Local pick up at my studio in Bordeaux, France, is available by selecting LOCAL as a shipping option. Once the order place, I will contact you by email to inform you of the opening days and hours.

Orders ship to France within 2 days.

European orders take usually 1-2 weeks to get delivered.

For the rest of the world, it takes usually to 2-3 weeks.

TAX/CUSTOM

For international orders, tax/custom charges might apply, Ash Design is not responsible for those fees. Please be aware that you may need to pay custom and tax charges.

RETURN POLICY + ISSUES

All sales are considered final.

If there is any issues with your order or you received a broken piece, please contact me at margaux@ash-design.fr with your reference number. For  broken piece, please email us photos of the product and the packaging. We will discussed a refund or exchange on a case to case basis. I want my costumer to be happy with their purchase.
